[ October 23, 2008; 5:30 pm; October 25, 2008 to November 4, 2008. ] The Sheboygan County Democratic Party is planning a Literature Drop for all of our Democratic Candidates.  We need volunteers to help organize and deliver these literature packages throughout the County.  We will be putting together the literature on the 23rd for delivery the weekend of the 25th through the weekend of the Election.

[ October 20, 2008; 5:30 pm; ] The Executive Board of the Sheboygan County Democratic Party will be having a special election season meeting on Monday, October 20th starting at 5:30pm at the Sheboygan Campaign Headquarters, 501 N. 8th Street in Sheboygan.

[ October 26, 2008; 5:00 pm; ] Cal Potter, former State Senator and First Vice Chair of the Sheboygan County Democratic Party,  will be honored by the 6th Congressional District of the Democratic Party of Wisconsin at its annual JFK Dinner on Sunday, October 26, 2008 at Germania Hall, 320 Chute St., Menasha.

On Wednesday night, Rachel Maddow interviewed U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar from Minnesota on her show on MSNBC.  Senator Klobuchar had been in Sheboygan earlier that morning to attend a Women’s Event where she met with local residents and spoke about Women’s issues and the Obama campaign.

JUST IN!  A new shipment of yard signs has come in to the Campaign Headquarters.  We are asking for, but not requiring, a $3 donation per sign to help defray the expense of the yard signs and wire hangers which was outlaid by the local Party.
